Among the renovation companies in Dubai, ours is the one that designs the room first. We handle full villa renovation, home renovation and house remodelling under a single contract — the design, the approvals, the joinery, the finishes and the twelve-month aftercare held by one studio rather than split across a designer and a builder who never met.
That distinction is the whole point. A villa renovation run to a contractor's logic renews the surfaces; a villa renovation run to a designer's logic re-thinks the room and then renews it. We do the second, and we hold the Emaar NOC, the DM permit and the contractor registration so the programme does not stall on paperwork.
