Apartment renovation and remodelling across Downtown, Marina, JBR and Bluewaters is a discipline of millimetres. The footprints are tighter than a villa's, the building management is stricter, and every transition between rooms has to be resolved in joinery rather than in floor area.
The studio's approach to home remodelling in Dubai apartments is to treat the apartment as a single considered room — fewer materials held to a higher standard, lighting layered for the evening, storage built in rather than bought. We coordinate working hours, lift bookings and deliveries with building management as standard.
